Arsenal Arts presents The Berklee Jazz Concert Series featuring: jazz bands from Berklee College Of Music appearing in the "Black Box Theater".
Rounding out The Victor Mendoza Quartet will be Rafael Alcalá on piano, Fernando Huergo on bass and Mark Walker on drums.
