Starchild--our house jazz quartet with a fresh approach to standards

Williamson returns to the "Home of the Blues" to once again jam it up. This time it's a jazz and blues session on Thursday nights with his new band, The Midnight Creeps, featuring guitarist Slim Tim Gruntman, bassist Phil Joinville and drummer Randy Harris.

The group intends to travel the mutual landscape between jazz and blues – performing jazz compositions by the likes of Miles Davis, Sonny Rollins and John Coltrane, as well as delivering the blues standards by Little Walter, Muddy Waters and Willie Dixon.

Pastures of Plenty is a big ol' hootenanny which Alistair Moock started putting together in Boston almost ten years ago. The idea was to bridge some of the gaps in the Boston music scene – between the folk and roots rock crowds, between the contemporary and traditional scenes, and between younger and older players. But what it really came down to was bringing together some of the region's best songwriters and musicians to swap tunes on a stage.

Musicians, music lovers & dancers of all ages, all levels are welcome! Full band equipment lineup including Drums, Amps, 16 Channel PA, Grand Piano and Hammond Organ w/Leslie Cabs: just bring your self & your instrument!
