John Doyle

John Doyle’s gifts as a guitarist, songwriter, vocalist, and producer have played an essential role in the ongoing renaissance of Irish traditional music. TITLE: Multiple Agency in Mozart's Chamber Music: A New Angle on Sonata Theory

SPEAKER: Edward Klorman is chair of music theory and analysis at The Juilliard School, where he also teaches chamber music. An avid violist and scholar, he is completing a book on the metaphors of conversation and social interplay in Mozart's chamber music and their implications for form and metrical analysis.
