Charter Oak Bluegrass

Known for its drive and bounce on up-tempo numbers, and soul and depth of emotion on the slower tunes, Charter Oak Bluegrass is the essence of bluegrass.
The band is comprised of veteran performers who have played together for years.

Larry Gareau Trio

The ensemble features Norman Johnson on guitar, Louis Bocciarelli on bass and Larry Gareau on trumpet and vocals.

Enjoy unique interpretations of songs by Stevie Wonder and Peter Frampton. Jazz standards like Autumn Leaves,Summertime, and several originals as well.

The music is framed by intriguing stories about the artists and the making of the tunes. There may even be a surprise or two!

Andrew & Noah Band

Powerful songwriting, explosive improvisation, deep dance grooves and a unique vision for the future of American roots music. That’s what the Andrew & Noah Band is bringing to festival stages, concert halls, living rooms and dance floors all over North America.

Their core material, written by brothers Andrew and Noah VanNorstrand, might best be described as Americana Groove: a mix of Appalachian, Celtic, classic Country and Bluegrass, Jazz and Swing, Cajun / Zydeco, Alternative Folk, Roots Rock and various world music influences.

Dan DeChellis Jazz Trio

This evenings performance will consist of original material from the latest release, “My Age of Anxiety” as well as some newer compositions.

The music of Dan DeChellis combines his love of pop tunes, rock and jazz as well ambient and classical. Dan is an improviser at heart and enjoys stretching his tunes when applicable. His music consists of melody, emotion, energy and spontaneous adventure. Born on classic rock, schooled in classical music, matured on jazz, aged with ambient music, he is a fan of all music and styles.

George Schuller (drums, composer, arranger, producer),received a bachelor’s degree in Jazz Performance at the New England Conservatory of Music in 1982. For the next twelve years, Schuller was a fixture on the Boston area jazz scene performing with Herb Pomeroy, Jaki Byard, Jerry Bergonzi, George Garzone, Mick Goodrick, John Lockwood, Ran Blake, Lisa Thorson, Billy Pierce, Bruce Gertz, Mili Bermejo, John LaPorta, Dominique Eade and Hal Crook.

Russ Nolan Jazz Trio’s “Tell Me” CD Release Party

Russ Nolan’s music is often described as High-Energy Modern Jazz that both satisfies the intellect of its musical peers and speaks to everyone on a soulful level. Called a ‘renaissance man’ by those close to him, he has taken his experiences in sports, martial arts, business, after-school program volunteering, music education, and other activities to relate to a wider audience.

The Two Virgins

Two Virgins (Tom Wrann & Tom Mooney), are a songwriting and performing duo based in Thompsonville, CT, with over 300 original songs in their catalog. Wrann/Mooney have been together in many bands since the late 1970′s, including ‘Voice Of Amerika’, ‘The Bond’, and ‘El Trash Combo’, which have all been a part of the CT music scene.
