Javier Rosario

MODERN GUITAR JAZZ - Javier Rosario was born in the Dominican Republic on October 10, 1986. His fascination for sounds took him on a wonderful journey since an early age, starting his first serious studies on violin at the age of 10, switching to guitar by the age of 16. Two years later, he was awarded the first Michel Camilo Scholarship to Berklee College of Music, where he graduated  magna cum laude in 2009.

Jazz Show & Jam w/Host Joe Raia, sax

Joe Raia grew up in Lexington, MA, and graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston where he studied saxophone and clarinet with the world-renowned woodwind instructor, the late great Joe Viola, and studied composition and arranging with Herb Pomeroy, Phil Wilson, and Greg Hopkins. A stalwart in the New England blues, R&B and jazz scene, he has performed with many Boston Music Awards winners and nominees, Boston Battle of the Blues Bands winners, and has performed in 11 countries in North America and Europe.
