Trusting Fate

The Americana-roots trio, Trusting Fate, has been performing since 2009. Tight harmonies, varied instrumentation, powerful lyrics and melodies are hallmarks of a Trusting Fate performance. In 2012 Trusting Fate released "down to the basics", their first CD with 12 original songs. The band is Susanna Doyle (keyboard), Mike O'Brien (mandolin and violin), and Paul Therkelsen (guitar and harmonica).

Harvey Diamond & Jon Dreyer

Legendary pianist Harvey Diamond and bassist Jon Dreyer perform jazz standards and songs from the Great American Songbook, "honing gems...into personal statements that leave us yearning for more...Diamond is a master of both melody and harmony much like his predecessors in the legacy of jazz piano, Bill Evans and Lennie Tristano." The duo will be performing for us the evening of every 2nd Saturday of the month as well as every Saturday brunch time.

A veteran jazz vocalist and pianist, Scott has been performing for six decades and since 1978 has taught voice at Berklee. She has accompanied greats such as Cab Calloway and Eartha Kitt, and mentored such rising talents as McKelle, Andrea Capozzoli '01, Lalah Hathaway '90, and Antonia Bennett '95. She is also considered a trailblazer for female musicians.

"Concentrate on You" is the latest venture of the 73-year old LaRoche, who adds chanteuse to a resume that includes PBS specials, books, stand-up comedy dates and stress management speaking engagements. She will be joined by a stellar group of Boston jazz musicians, led by multi-instrumentalist Kenny Wenzel.

Albright's contemporary and straight-ahead collections have established the Los Angeles-based musician as one of jazz's most prominent artists. Indeed, Albright was one of the ten featured saxophonists who performed at President Clinton's inauguration. Take 6 is an American a cappella gospel music sextet formed in 1980 on the campus of Oakwood College in Huntsville, Alabama. The group sings in a contemporary style, integrating R&B and jazz influences into their devotional songs and has ten Grammy wins, ten Dove Awards, one Soul Train Award and two NAACP Image Award nominations.
