Oscar Weil former executive director of the Illinois Federation of Teachers joins Al to talk about his new book, "Teachers Beyond the Law": How Teachers Changed Their World. Oscar details how he put IFT on the forefront of public worker litigation as well as his views on the current state of labor today.
