Lizards come in a variety of sizes from teeny chameleons not much larger than your fingertip up to the massive goat-eating Komodo Dragon. Lizards come in a dizzying array of forms and patterns. Though they are found in many places of the world, including northern climes and arid deserts, even offshore, no native species currently live in Massachusetts. On this episode of Inquiry, we learn about these amazing reptiles when we speak with MARK O’SHEA. He is a professor of herpetology at the University of Wolverhampton and his new book is LIZARDS OF THE WORLD: A GUIDE TO EVERY FAMILY.
