Holiday Jazz Jam

WICN Public Radio hosts our annual Holiday Jazz Jam on Friday, December 12th from 3:30-5:30 PM. This year, the concert will take place live in WICN’s Studio 50 Recording Studio and Performance Space and will also be simulcast on 90.5 FM and www.wicn.org. 

Holiday Jazz Jam is a holiday-themed celebration that will be curated by WICN long-time friend Dan Gabel. Dan is an acclaimed trombonist, arranger, bandleader, historian and educator who serves as President and CEO of the American Big Band Preservation Society, a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving, promoting, and performing while keeping music in schools.

This year, you’ll enjoy performances from string bassist Adam Shulman, pianist Lien Ho, drum player Dominic Porcelli, Annie Kerins & Steve Gagliastro, the South High School Band, and many others.
