Earth is beautiful and filled with wonders, but it is “frustratingly” complex and at times extremely violent. There are volcanoes, hurricanes, tsunamis, earthquakes, and climate change. Because of the hard work of numerous scientists, we understand some of why these events occur, but there is so much more we wish we knew.
