Here in New England, we are beset by all sorts of extreme weather including tornadoes, hurricanes, and ice storms. That’s nothing compared to the extreme weather on other planets in our solar system. Tonight on Inquiry we speak with JAY M. PASACHOFF. He is the Field Museum Professor of Astronomy, and director of the Hopkins Observatory at Williams College. He has co-authored the PETERSON FIELD GUIDE TO WEATHER, the new, expanded guide to the weather here on earth, as well as the other planets.
