At his HHiL recording studio, Dante Babb has had a front-row seat to both the talent and ambition of Worcester’s music community. As the owner and chief audio engineer at HHiL, Babb is a popular go-to among current artists, particularly for creatives coming up in the hip-hop and pop genres.
As a result of his reputation for musical integrity, Babb has worked with a variety of celebrity artists, including Worcester success story Joyner Lucas, who describes Babb as “a stand-up guy who I record with as much as possible,” so much so that Lucas has recorded 50 plus songs with Babb.
