WICN APP Troubleshooting

Problem: The Android application unexpectedly stops playing music.

Cause: The Android OS stopped the application to conserve battery life.

Solution:

1. Open the Settings menu.
2. Select Apps.
3. Select the WICN Radio app.
4. Select Battery under the Usage menu.
5. Check the Unrestricted radio button.
6. Restart the app.
