Meeting Dates

WICN Public Radio, Inc., maintains an open meeting policy as required by the Corporation for Public Broadcasting and the Communications Act of 1934. This policy applies to all meetings of the Board of Directors, the Community Advisory Board, and their committees.

Meeting dates, times, and locations for 2026 are listed below. For more information, contact WICN by phone at 508-752-0700 or by visiting WICN at 50 Portland Street, Worcester.

All WICN Board of Directors meetings will be at the WICN studios at The Printers Building, 50 Portland Street, Worcester, MA, and/or via Zoom. The meetings are scheduled bi-monthly with additional meetings scheduled as needed. All Director’s meetings are open to the public. The Board of Directors will meet on each of these dates at 5:30 PM:

  • Wednesday, January 21st
  • Wednesday, March 18th
  • Wednesday, May 20th
  • Wednesday, July 15th
  • Wednesday, September 16th
  • Wednesday, November 18th

The Annual Meeting will be held December 9, 2026 at The Printers Building, 50 Portland Street, Worcester, MA and/or via Zoom at 5:30 PM.

WICN Board committee meetings will be held as virtual meetings on the following dates:

WICN’s Community Advisory Board (CAB)

Meetings of the WICN Community Advisory Board are scheduled at least twice per year and are open to the public.  Meetings are being held virtually via Zoom. Please contact the station at 508-752-0700 if you would like to attend, and we will send you a link.
