Tonight we’ll talk about the groundbreaking research of Brown University sleep scientist Mary Carskadon, who conducted long-term studies on sleep patterns in adolescents and how their “chronic sleep debt” affects their school work and emotional health. We’ll also talk about the discovery of circadian rhythms and the relationship between lack of sleep and catastrophes.
