Sheila Carroll has spent more than 30 years working with CEOs, Boards of Directors and senior leadership teams as a former Human Resources executive with several financial management companies. She currently runs her own human resources consulting business working with start-ups, small businesses, and nonprofit organizations in the central Massachusetts area. Sheila is a former member of the Board of Directors for Dress For Success Worcester. A former Corporator of the Worcester Art Museum, she has been involved with WICN since the early 1980s. Sheila is an avid natural history photographer and spends considerable time exploring the nature of Massachusetts with her husband, Mark Lynch.
