This Saturday, El Salón, the JMAC, and ArtsWorcester are joining forces for a huge downtown block party of art, music, and outdoor celebration! Come downtown for artwork from the El Salón collective and the artists of the Nineteenth ArtsWorcester Biennial, music from Crocodile River Music, WICN, and DJ Denz, plus 508 BikeLife, a maker’s market, and more. We’re taking over the block for a whole day of festivities.
Bring your appetite! We’ll have food provided by Center Stage Bistro, serving sandwiches, Sabor Latino Food Truck, serving Cuban tacos, and the Shabby Gourmet, serving fresh juices.
Plus, be there when we announce Biennial prize winners live, including the winner of the Sally Bishop Prize. You won’t want to miss this.
Parking is available at the Worcester Public Library (McGrath) Lot, the Federal Plaza Garage across from The Hanover Theatre, and the Worcester Common Garage at 3 Eaton Place. Metered street parking is also available.
Masks are required indoors. In case of inclement weather, this event will take place on Sunday, June 13.
