Barbara Guertin
Barbara has over 30 years of experience in global in-house executive talent acquisition across various industries, such as healthcare, IT, biotech, communications, and finance. She has worked at Commonwealth Care Alliance, UMass Chan Medical School, Fallon Health, and Boston Scientific among other notable organizations. Growing up in the New York area, Barbara developed a passion for music and the arts, both as an instrumental and vocal musician and producing, directing, and casting theater, films, and corporate training films. Barbara has served on the boards of several cultural and educational organizations in Worcester. She lives in Worcester with her husband John and two children, Lex and Max.
