Details
The HeartWell Institute of Worcester is offering a free, vacation-week workshop for high schoolers and their family members.
Adults and teens will spend time together and apart during the workshop, learning ways to de-stress, have easier communication, and enjoy relationships more. Join us as we learn to meditate, dance, do yoga, make art, and form deep bonds. Dinner is included!
Five-session commitment, Monday-Friday, April 17th-21st from 3-7 pm. Space is limited.
