WICN Contest Rules

All contests are administered by WICN Public Radio and/or participating sponsors.  Contests, inclusive of ticket giveaways and all other items of value, are bound by the following rules. Violation of any rules governing WICN Public Radio contests may result in the cancellation of any prizes awarded and the transfer of the prize to an eligible participant. All decisions regarding eligibility herein are at the sole discretion of WICN Public Radio management and all decisions are final. • No Purchase or contribution is necessary to enter. Donations to WICN Public Radio will not increase your chance of winning.
• Void where prohibited. All Federal, State, and Local regulations apply.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must not have won a prize from WICN Public Radio, Inc within the previous thirty days.
• Employees, board members, volunteers, and community advisory board members of WICN Public Radio, Inc
  and their respective household members are not eligible.
• If winners are discovered to have received any advance knowledge of a prize giveaway from a WICN host, staff member, or volunteer, by means of text message, email, phone call, written statement, or verbal statement, the winner may be disqualified and the prize awarded to an eligible contestant.
• Winner is responsible for all taxes on the prize, if applicable.
• Prize may not be transferred and is not redeemable for cash.
• WICN is not responsible for failures in technology such as telephone line failures,
  delayed data transmissions, inability to access any website or for any human
  error or misdirected entries.
• Winner may be required to come to WICN, 50 Portland St, Worcester, MA to sign an affidavit of receipt and provide information necessary to fulfill any prize of value over $600.00 USD.
• Failure to claim a prize terminates a winner’s right to receive the prize.
