When we think about writer Edgar Allan Poe we typically associate him with wild tales of horror and the bizarre. But tonight’s guest on Inquiry believes that understand Poe’s life and work, we must pay attention to his engagements with scientific thought and discoveries of his time. Our guest on this episode of Inquiry, is JOHN TRESCH. He is a Professor of History of Art, Science, and Folk Practice at the Warburg Institute in the University of London.
